Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

• US Warehouse items: typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.
• Overseas Warehouse items: typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment; occasional customs delays of 1-2 extra business days may apply.

Some orders ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of the request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging attached — returns that don't meet this may face a 20% restocking fee or be declined.

Final sale, not eligible for return: swimwear, intimates & lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry & accessories, beauty items, face masks.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges — return your item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or color.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be inspected and your refund processed to your original payment method.
